Better

 1. Breakfast outside in the rain but under cover. Refreshing is the word but enjoyed it. Could of waited for a table indoors but opted to go outside. Enjoying meals outside.

2. Grandson second blanket done, same pattern but added stripes and it looks good. Now back to crochet squares old fashion term in random yarn. Leaving the big blanket I am ding for myself need to do something small and portable.

3. Now coping with coming out of this lockdown better. Gave a much needed talk to myself!

early,work & time.

1.i looked at the clock this morning and it was time to get up, went downstairs and saw that the time was 5:30 not 6 o'clock.its nice to have an extra 30 mins,just to have a quiet cup of tea and dream. 2.been at work for a year now, it doesn't seem possible, time has flown by so quick. still enjoying it. 3.spending time with my daughter and grand daughter. did not see them last week ,so making up lost time.

Favourite, Checked& Summertime

1. Watching my most favourite film Brief Encounter. I do hope they never ever make a remake, but that’s my personal view. 2. My blind cat is enjoying going out into the garden now and one of his big sisters goes out with him  still and she waits patiently for him it’s so lovely to see. He is in good health otherwise, he been checked by the vet. 3. Clocks gone forward lighter evenings now it feels like spring and soon to be summer. But the weatherman predicted snow for Easter!

buses ,son& home

1.following 3 red double deckers on the way home from a bus rally. 2. a mum said to her son "you are a nightmare". son heard this "why did she say that. it's not his fault that he is feeling the heat.why do mothers talk like this?".i replied "that is a very mild remark the mum made ,i have heard a lot worse. maybe she is feeling the heat."son replied "she should know better ,as she is an adult ." 3.coming home from a weekend away.
