Careful

 1. Home foot spa , went for a long walk. Enjoyed it but but wonky foot played up a bit but still it enjoyed itself. 

2. A walk in late afternoon early evening was very pleasant the warm sun just right . Cobwebs flew away from the mind. Letting go of the little niggly things .

3. Red trainers are delightful. So glad I have got them . When my foot went wonky I was told I couldn’t wear this style that style etc only black or brown in special shoes etc. . Had a good look on the internet and found quite a few places that do special shoes etc in lovely styles and colours. So raspberries to all who said said special shoes in dull colours. With careful choosing I found some .
