wonder, effort & lawn

1.watching my cat ,who does not go out very much, out in the garden, she was sitting and looking around her and the look of wonder was so beautiful. it was a shame i couldn't take a picture, but had i done, the spell would of been broken.
2.waking up to the bright sunny mornings. i have been getting up late since my son has been on study leave,and i do not like getting up late so this week i am making an effort to get back to getting up early. as i have been missing the peace and quiet of the morning.
3.nearly finished the front garden, still no idea what to do with it.at the moment its just lawn and a few shrubs. to be honest i could do with a new lawn, as it is very lumpy and bumpy.

1.i looked at the clock this morning and it was time to get up, went downstairs and saw that the time was 5:30 not 6 o'clock.its nice to have an extra 30 mins,just to have a quiet cup of tea and dream. 2.been at work for a year now, it doesn't seem possible, time has flown by so quick. still enjoying it. 3.spending time with my daughter and grand daughter. did not see them last week ,so making up lost time.

Favourite, Checked& Summertime

1. Watching my most favourite film Brief Encounter. I do hope they never ever make a remake, but that’s my personal view. 2. My blind cat is enjoying going out into the garden now and one of his big sisters goes out with him  still and she waits patiently for him it’s so lovely to see. He is in good health otherwise, he been checked by the vet. 3. Clocks gone forward lighter evenings now it feels like spring and soon to be summer. But the weatherman predicted snow for Easter!

buses ,son& home

1.following 3 red double deckers on the way home from a bus rally. 2. a mum said to her son "you are a nightmare". son heard this "why did she say that. it's not his fault that he is feeling the heat.why do mothers talk like this?".i replied "that is a very mild remark the mum made ,i have heard a lot worse. maybe she is feeling the heat."son replied "she should know better ,as she is an adult ." 3.coming home from a weekend away.
