Self service, connect & chuckle.

1. The self service ticket machine decide  that it was going to issue me tickets going either Clapham junction or Brighton, they were the complete opposite to where I was going. After the fifth attempt I got the right tickets.
2. I got off the train,walked across the platform and my connecting train came in. When public transport works it works and when it doesn't it doesn't.
3. Played catch with my grandchildren. To me nanny , no to me nan. Daughter, said that they sounded like the chuckle brothers. Do you remember them? To you to me!

Favourite, Checked& Summertime

1. Watching my most favourite film Brief Encounter. I do hope they never ever make a remake, but that’s my personal view. 2. My blind cat is enjoying going out into the garden now and one of his big sisters goes out with him  still and she waits patiently for him it’s so lovely to see. He is in good health otherwise, he been checked by the vet. 3. Clocks gone forward lighter evenings now it feels like spring and soon to be summer. But the weatherman predicted snow for Easter!

buses ,son& home

1.following 3 red double deckers on the way home from a bus rally. 2. a mum said to her son "you are a nightmare". son heard this "why did she say that. it's not his fault that he is feeling the heat.why do mothers talk like this?".i replied "that is a very mild remark the mum made ,i have heard a lot worse. maybe she is feeling the heat."son replied "she should know better ,as she is an adult ." 3.coming home from a weekend away.
