Friend, mum & granddaughter.

1. Went to see my elderly friend. I do not see much of her lately as she has quite a busy social life now. From not seeing anybody other than her next door neighbour and me, it is so nice that since she has moved she is doing more and speaking more to people. And she has made friends with a lovely lady in her care home. Ey are good to for each other.
2. Bumped into a mum whose daughter I used to help and it was so nice to see her and have a little chat. A little bit of me would like to go back, but I know I made the right decision .
3. Having my eldest granddaughter over. She took my son to the playground. I don't who was the most tired when they came back. They were gone for ages.

early,work & time.

1.i looked at the clock this morning and it was time to get up, went downstairs and saw that the time was 5:30 not 6 o'clock.its nice to have an extra 30 mins,just to have a quiet cup of tea and dream. 2.been at work for a year now, it doesn't seem possible, time has flown by so quick. still enjoying it. 3.spending time with my daughter and grand daughter. did not see them last week ,so making up lost time.

Favourite, Checked& Summertime

1. Watching my most favourite film Brief Encounter. I do hope they never ever make a remake, but that’s my personal view. 2. My blind cat is enjoying going out into the garden now and one of his big sisters goes out with him  still and she waits patiently for him it’s so lovely to see. He is in good health otherwise, he been checked by the vet. 3. Clocks gone forward lighter evenings now it feels like spring and soon to be summer. But the weatherman predicted snow for Easter!

buses ,son& home

1.following 3 red double deckers on the way home from a bus rally. 2. a mum said to her son "you are a nightmare". son heard this "why did she say that. it's not his fault that he is feeling the heat.why do mothers talk like this?".i replied "that is a very mild remark the mum made ,i have heard a lot worse. maybe she is feeling the heat."son replied "she should know better ,as she is an adult ." 3.coming home from a weekend away.
