Blissful

1. Early morning knitting and the first cup of tea to start the day. Very blissful and much needed.
2. Youngest son has devised a stretch exercise routine for me . I have lost weight and now need to tone up a bit. So starting very very gently safely and sensibly.
3. Eating smaller portions of the same food as everyone else is helping me loose weight. Plus eating more fruit is also helping. Putting my food on a smaller plate . But still allowing myself  a small treat a day.
