first up.

1.being the first one up and have the first cup of tea of the day. and being able to daydream for a while.
2. smelling the fresh air on the washing when its bought in.
3.getting back to knitting.i have crochet for a long time, so i thought i go back to knitting. i needed a change so glad i went back to knitting i am really enjoying it. at the moment it suits my frame of mind.i will go back to crochet one day but not yet.

Favourite, Checked& Summertime

1. Watching my most favourite film Brief Encounter. I do hope they never ever make a remake, but that’s my personal view. 2. My blind cat is enjoying going out into the garden now and one of his big sisters goes out with him  still and she waits patiently for him it’s so lovely to see. He is in good health otherwise, he been checked by the vet. 3. Clocks gone forward lighter evenings now it feels like spring and soon to be summer. But the weatherman predicted snow for Easter!

buses ,son& home

1.following 3 red double deckers on the way home from a bus rally. 2. a mum said to her son "you are a nightmare". son heard this "why did she say that. it's not his fault that he is feeling the heat.why do mothers talk like this?".i replied "that is a very mild remark the mum made ,i have heard a lot worse. maybe she is feeling the heat."son replied "she should know better ,as she is an adult ." 3.coming home from a weekend away.
