Christmas , walk & fields

1. Sorting Christmas lights and singing carols. Son sitting with fingers in ears as I cannot sing. My mother could sing and my dad could play the trumpet. All this musical gifts by passed me!
2. Had to take an early walk to return my granddaughter's raincoat and enjoy the walk in the lovely morning. A friend of mine said that when everyone left in the morning to go to work or sometimes before they got up , she would take a walk about  20 mins and it set her up for the day. Soi might try that now it is not to hot.
3. Seeing flocks of birds  in the fields eating what is left over from the harvest.

early,work & time.

1.i looked at the clock this morning and it was time to get up, went downstairs and saw that the time was 5:30 not 6 o'clock.its nice to have an extra 30 mins,just to have a quiet cup of tea and dream. 2.been at work for a year now, it doesn't seem possible, time has flown by so quick. still enjoying it. 3.spending time with my daughter and grand daughter. did not see them last week ,so making up lost time.

Favourite, Checked& Summertime

1. Watching my most favourite film Brief Encounter. I do hope they never ever make a remake, but that’s my personal view. 2. My blind cat is enjoying going out into the garden now and one of his big sisters goes out with him  still and she waits patiently for him it’s so lovely to see. He is in good health otherwise, he been checked by the vet. 3. Clocks gone forward lighter evenings now it feels like spring and soon to be summer. But the weatherman predicted snow for Easter!

buses ,son& home

1.following 3 red double deckers on the way home from a bus rally. 2. a mum said to her son "you are a nightmare". son heard this "why did she say that. it's not his fault that he is feeling the heat.why do mothers talk like this?".i replied "that is a very mild remark the mum made ,i have heard a lot worse. maybe she is feeling the heat."son replied "she should know better ,as she is an adult ." 3.coming home from a weekend away.
