Decipher, fun & polisher.

1. Trying to decipher my shorthand. Looking through a craft book, I found a envelope  with some cryptic working out, something to do with a knitting pattern, it's fun trying to work it out. I never mark the actual book or pattern I work from, I always use spare paper or my favourite  used envelopes.
2. Saw my two granddaughters . The eldest one was playing hide & seek with her toys. The younger one was giggling away as usual.
3. My eldest granddaughter gave me a sticker as I was polishing the floor with my bottom and making the floor nice and clean. I was sitting on the floor talking to my youngest granddaughter, a cup of tea was put on the table I couldn't be bothered to get up to get it , so I slid over on my bottom to get it. "Nanny is polishing the floor" laughed my granddaughter. I think I have got a new job, a bottom floor polisher!

early,work & time.

Favourite, Checked& Summertime

1. Watching my most favourite film Brief Encounter. I do hope they never ever make a remake, but that’s my personal view. 2. My blind cat is enjoying going out into the garden now and one of his big sisters goes out with him  still and she waits patiently for him it’s so lovely to see. He is in good health otherwise, he been checked by the vet. 3. Clocks gone forward lighter evenings now it feels like spring and soon to be summer. But the weatherman predicted snow for Easter!

buses ,son& home

1.following 3 red double deckers on the way home from a bus rally. 2. a mum said to her son "you are a nightmare". son heard this "why did she say that. it's not his fault that he is feeling the heat.why do mothers talk like this?".i replied "that is a very mild remark the mum made ,i have heard a lot worse. maybe she is feeling the heat."son replied "she should know better ,as she is an adult ." 3.coming home from a weekend away.
