Lesson learnt.

1. Getting a burnt saucepan clean, I was cooking some plums, forgot about them and burnt the saucepan I am glad to say, not the house. Learnt a very valuable lesson, first time I done something like that, and I won't do it again!
2. My elderly friend is coming out of hospital today after being in for nearly 2 weeks.
3. Going on a long steam train trip tomorrow, really looking forward to it. It can rain, shine, be hot or cold I don't mind. It is going to be a long day , but I am going to enjoy it.

early,work & time.

Favourite, Checked& Summertime

1. Watching my most favourite film Brief Encounter. I do hope they never ever make a remake, but that’s my personal view. 2. My blind cat is enjoying going out into the garden now and one of his big sisters goes out with him  still and she waits patiently for him it’s so lovely to see. He is in good health otherwise, he been checked by the vet. 3. Clocks gone forward lighter evenings now it feels like spring and soon to be summer. But the weatherman predicted snow for Easter!

buses ,son& home

1.following 3 red double deckers on the way home from a bus rally. 2. a mum said to her son "you are a nightmare". son heard this "why did she say that. it's not his fault that he is feeling the heat.why do mothers talk like this?".i replied "that is a very mild remark the mum made ,i have heard a lot worse. maybe she is feeling the heat."son replied "she should know better ,as she is an adult ." 3.coming home from a weekend away.
